Learn how to grow delicious vegetables during the dry season in Townsville.

Discover how to prepare new garden beds and rejuvenate last years vegetable garden by improving the soil. Find out what vegetable varieties grow well, how to control pest and disease, the best way to water and fertilise.

Develop a vegetable planting and maintenance schedule for the whole growing season that is appropriate for the dry tropics.

NOTE: If you would like to grow vegetables in containers, please attend workshop on Saturday 13 April or Saturday 11 May.
